Series GXP 120, SOT 227

120 Watt Power Resistor in the "ISOTOP" Power Device (1x120W / 2x50W / 3x30W acc. Configurations)

Due to a non inductive design theseelements are ideally suited for highfrequency and pulse load applications. Bydirect mounting on a heatsink significantcost advantages can be realized.  Thetype GXP can be supplied in a 2-termi-nal or 4-terminal version. Even tripleresistors are available. Main applicationsare:  Variable speed Drives, PowerSupplies, Control Devices, Telecom,Robotics, Motor Controls and otherswitching designs.Specials and custom designedcomponents on request.


Derating (thermal resistance):2.86W/°K (0.35°K/W).


Best results can be reached by using athermal transfer compound with a heatconductivity of better than 1W/mK
